We have our central warehouse in New Delhi from where all the orders are dispatched. All confirmed orders that are received by 5 PM IST are couriered on the same day from our warehouse. Orders received on Sundays are shipped on Monday.

We deliver gifts through FedEx courier service to all international destinations and Blue Dart for deliveries within India. The packages by courier are delivered with 1-3 days of shipment in case of Indian deliveries. For deliveries outside India, the delivery is done in 3-4 days.

For deliveries within India, if the courier service is not available for a particular place, the products are sent through Speed Post service of the Indian Postal Department or even if that is not possible, then they sent through ordinary post. This would require around 3-10 days for final delivery.

When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in case the products are delivered through Indian Postal Services we will be able to provide you with only a receipt of dispatch by the Indian Postal Department as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to bulk orders. We ship all orders from our central warehouse in New Delhi, and we ship only what we stock. Hence, for all order quantities above 20, it might take us 1 - 3 days for proper procurement of the items necessary for the successful fulfillment of the order.
